Such a fun day! Tons of classic cars, shopping and great food! Thanks to everyone who contributed, we hosted a great event. Special thanks for WMA for sponsoring.
Oh my! The memories....this one took People's Choice!!
And there's a familiar sight! Bill's 2005 Mustang GT Convertible.
Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the day with us. We are already looking forward to next year!
We had a great first day and truly enjoyed seeing everyone who came out to celebrate our Grand Opening with us. Even the Easter Bunny came! Thank you for sharing such a special day. We are looking forward to new and exciting adventures and seeing you soon!
To celebrate the Grand Opening of SCF new location in Waynesville, we held a drawing for one lucky winner to win this beautiful handcrafted farmhouse style wall shelf. While we received many hopeful entrants, only one name was drawn at the end of our first day!
We had a blast at the ribbon cutting ceremony and appreciate everyone braving the cold and snow to make it happen! We're proud to be joining the wonderful merchants of historic Waynesville, OH.
A special thank you to the Waynesville Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting such a special day and all those in attendance!
We're fortunate to have this space in the rear of our home. The wood walls are from an actual old barn up north and offers quite a rustic atmosphere. We wanted to maintain the history of this building while also blending in our style.
After clearing out the building, we could finally see what we had to work with. Bill has been building this amazing custom sales counter and I have been cleaning and doing some painting to help brighten things up. Structurally we didn't have too much to do. Now we have this incredible blank slate to work with.
I am excited to get started with the design and decorating phase next!
Our fireplace had a thin, drab mantle. Bill used a couple of piece of pine to create this beautiful addition. He beat it up, stained and polyurethaned it. The best part is, it's a layover so we were able to keep the original mantle intact.
Our laundry room had these awful peach colored folding doors. To bring it up to date, Bill found a barn door system for bypass doors. We purchased unfinished doors from our local big box store and painted them.
Having one full bath in our new farmhouse has been an adjustment. Storage was a major issue, so Bill built this over the toilet cabinet for my makeup and toiletries using an old piece of glass found in the barn.
This small master bath wasn't able to accommodate double sinks so we built a custom vanity with a large single bowl instead. The top was made out of reclaimed wood.
Shiplap, beams and cobblestone tile! This foyer added a farmhouse feel to a new build. Organic textures and farmhouse colors are cozy and warm.
Replacing wire shelves with wood and creating lazy Susan's in the corners gave this panty the overhaul it needed. Matching red baskets and a few signs gave it a general store vibe.
August, 2019 - AV 'Best Shop' Contest
It's no surprise that our customers love your shops, but we were blown away by the response to this contest! 364 of our customers voted for their favorite shop at AV over the last 5 weekends. They loved looking all throughout the store and picking the shop they thought was the best and they had so many nice things to say about what you have done with your spaces!
Shop Owner #1766
Bill & Cindy Menth
"This shop has a lot of great items that I would love to put in my own home! Great taste!"
"I love everything! Very creative ways to reuse items & up-cycle."
Bill and I want to thank every one of you who took the time to vote for us! We are so grateful to be located in such a wonderful store, Antique Village, among so many great staff members and vendors! The past month has been fun and we've enjoyed being a part of the Anniversary Celebration. Thank you all for your loyalty and support of Stone Creek Farms.
Our drawing was held on the evening of Tuesday, April 30th. The birdhouse was packed full of entries all folded in a different fashion! Bill drilled and cut into the bottom and placed all of the forms in a shoe box.

The associates working the front desk at Antiques Village were great and helped with the actual drawing of the winner!

And the Winner is.....
We hope you enjoy having the wall arch in your new home.
January 12, 2019-We started with two identical unfinished church pews as pictured on the left. Bill and I each got a pew to tackle and refinish with our 'own' style to see who could collect the most votes. Ready, Set, Go!
Let the battle begin.......
Bill created a stunning black and walnut finish with an aged wine barrel feel. His pew is pictured on the left side.
Cindy's pew is a mix of oyster pearl and pear green to give an elegant opalescent sheen. Her pew is pictured on the right.
Additional photos below - which of the two do you like better?
After two days of votes, the official results are in.
Bill's Pew - 34
Cindy's Pew - 23
Thank you to everyone who voted and played along! We had so much fun this weekend tallying and reading all of your great comments. You guys are the reason we do this - we've met so many wonderful people along this journey. -Bill and Cindy
